At Bhopal Pets Online, our mission is to ensure every pet finds a permanent, loving home and every product reaches you in peak condition. Dealing with live animals and specialized perishables requires strict, uncompromising protocols. Please review our comprehensive policy regarding cancellations, returns, and the specific legal conditions for a refund.
1. Cancellation Policy
When you book a pet, we immediately remove that animal from our inventory and stop all active marketing to other potential owners. This intricate process involves immediate coordination with our partners, SAPPHIRE MARKETING AGENCY and PET KART, for lead management and logistics scheduling.
A. Live Animals (Puppies, Kittens, Birds)
- Within 24 Hours (Full Refund): You must initiate a written cancellation request within exactly 24 hours of placing your order to qualify for a 100% refund to your original payment method.
- After 24 Hours (No Refund): Once the 24-hour window has lapsed, NO REFUND will be initiated. By this stage, non-recoverable resources have already been allocated for specialized veterinary checks, legal documentation, and logistics planning.
B. Pet Foods & Accessories
Cancellations are not possible once an order for food or accessories is placed. Our logistics team, in coordination with Pet Kart fulfillment, processes these orders immediately for rapid dispatch.
2. Return Policy – Live Animals
The well-being of our pets is our paramount concern. Returns are strictly regulated and are ONLY accepted under the following health-specific conditions:
- 7-Day Health Guarantee: You may request a return only if the pet falls critically ill within 7 days of delivery due to severe viral conditions incubated prior to handover.
- Covered Diseases (Strictly Limited): This guarantee covers ONLY two specific conditions: 1. Canine Parvovirus (Parvo) and 2. Rabies.
- Excluded Conditions: Environmental allergies, gastric distress due to sudden diet changes, or physical injuries sustained after delivery are NOT covered under any circumstances.
- Required Documentation: You must submit a formal Medical Certificate from a licensed Veterinary Doctor confirming the diagnosis of Parvo or Rabies. No refund or return will be processed without this official verification.
3. Special Disclaimer: Exotic Bird Chicks
No Life Guarantee: We do NOT provide a life guarantee or any form of refund for Exotic Bird Chicks that are still in their hand-feeding stages.
Expert Handling Required: Hand-feeding chicks are extremely fragile. Bhopal Pets Online and its partners are not responsible for mortality resulting from improper feeding techniques, nutritional imbalances, or environmental changes provided by the buyer.
4. Return Policy – Pet Products
Returns for non-living items (Foods, Accessories, Toys) are managed via Pet Kart and are accepted ONLY if the product is:
- Physically Damaged upon arrival.
- Expired (Past the “Best Before” date at the time of delivery).
Verification Process: Our warehouse team records a high-definition video of every product during the packaging phase. We cross-verify all claims against this internal footage. If our records confirm the product was shipped in good condition, the refund request will be denied.
5. How to Request a Return/Refund
To raise a dispute, time is of the essence, particularly for health claims.

6. Partner Liability Disclosure
SAPPHIRE MARKETING AGENCY and PET KART act as authorized profit partners for lead generation and logistics fulfillment. However, all refund disbursements are processed centrally by Nearby Pets India (KRP Tech Solutions Private Limited). Partners are not authorized to issue independent refunds or negotiate terms outside of this official policy.
