Welcome to Bhopal Pets Online. By accessing this website, interacting with our digital interfaces, or placing an order for a companion, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following comprehensive terms. These terms govern the legal relationship between you (the Customer) and our organization, including our lead-sharing and logistics fulfillment partnerships.


1. Booking, Payments & The 35/65 Financial Model

1.1 Reservation Commitment: A pet is only considered "Officially Booked" upon our receipt of the designated deposit. Verbal inquiries, chats, or tentative interest do not constitute a reservation. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Payment Structure: We strictly follow a mandatory 35% Advance and 65% On-Delivery payment model. The 35% advance initiates the "Fit to Travel" process, which includes veterinary screening, age-appropriate vaccinations, and the acquisition of necessary legal transit permits.

1.3 Partner Role: While customer leads may be managed or facilitated by our authorized partners, SAPPHIRE MARKETING AGENCY or PET KART, all financial transactions and contractual obligations are ultimately governed by the parent entity, KRP Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

2. Live Animal Health & Lifetime Purity Guarantees

2.1 7-Day Health Guarantee: We provide a limited 7-day warranty covering viral or contagious diseases—specifically Parvo and Rabies—that may have been incubating prior to delivery. To process a claim, a Medical Certificate from a licensed Veterinary Surgeon is mandatory.

2.2 Lifetime Purity Guarantee: We provide a solemn certification that the breed specified on your invoice is 100% accurate for the natural lifetime of the pet.

2.3 Visual Variations: As living beings, pets undergo natural growth phases. We guarantee a 95% appearance match to the specific photos or videos shared during the booking phase.

3. Anti-Scam & Safety Protocols

3.1 Verified Channels: Official business communication is conducted exclusively via support@bhopalpets.in or admin@nearby-petstore.in email domains. For general support and status updates, contact support@bhopalpets.in.

3.2 Payment Safety: Bhopal Pets Online will never request payments to be made to an individual's personal bank account. Ensure all UPI IDs or bank transfers are associated with our official corporate business accounts.

3.3 Fraud Alert: We do not request "Emergency Insurance Fees" or "Oxygen Cylinder Charges" while a pet is mid-transit. Report any suspicious requests or payment issues immediately to support@bhopalpets.in.

4. Shipping, Logistics & "Fit to Travel" Readiness

4.1 Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping typically requires 5 to 7 working days for medical clearances and transit permits.

4.2 Weather & Safety Delays: We reserve the right to delay transit if extreme weather conditions pose a risk to the animal's life.

4.3 Fulfillment: Logistics and physical delivery are handled in strategic coordination with Pet Kart & Sapphire Marketing Agency.

5. Handover Procedures & Transfer of Liability

5.1 Mandatory Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the pet or product thoroughly at the moment of delivery.

5.2 Validation Proof: A handover photograph or a continuous "unboxing video" is mandatory to validate the condition of the delivery.

5.3 Shift of Responsibility: Following the successful handover and settlement of the final 65% payment, all liability for the pet's behavior and safety (outside the 7-day window) transfers entirely to the Buyer.

6. Comprehensive Disclaimers

6.1 No Medical Advice: Information provided on this website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis.

6.2 Behavioral Disclaimer: We are not liable for the future temperament of the pet or property damage after the handover.

6.3 Indirect Damages: Nearby Pets India and its partners shall not be held liable for incidental losses or veterinary bills incurred post-guarantee.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items

7.1 The 24-Hour Cancellation Rule: For live animals, cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Beyond 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.

7.2 Strict Non-Returnables: Opened food packets, used pet accessories, and "Hand-feeding" exotic bird chicks are strictly non-returnable.

8. Governing Law & Escalation

8.1 Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

8.2 Escalation Protocol: In the event of a dispute or service failure, please escalate your concern to our executive team at admin@nearby-petstore.in. We aim to respond to all formal escalations within 48 business hours.

8.3 User Conduct: Spamming, posting false defamatory reviews, or unauthorized links will result in a permanent ban and potential legal prosecution.
